Goods / product sorting services will generally take place at the client's or third-party locations; however, if circumstances require, this activity can also be carried out at the ABU Solutions facility.

Before starting any sorting or quality inspection activity, the team coordinator will draft visual aids and work instructions detailing the inspection process / WOW, the draft inspection will be submit to customer for validation process.

Products sorted by ABU Solutions personnel will be identified by a label (green / red) and a stamp, the colored labels will highlight the status of inspected component (compliant/non-compliant).

For the quality inspections that requires gouges / go - no go, will be provided by our team free of charge, depending on the complexity / design.

Subsequently (on the same day), an activity report in Excel format will be sent via email to the contact person designated by the client.
